# Le signalement

Une fois sur le signalement, vous avez accès aux informations indispensables : 

* les informations sur le **niveau d'infestation** dans la partie Déclaration usager
* les informations sur le **type et la surface de logement**
* les **photos** lorsque l'usager en ajoute à son signalement

Comme indiqué dans l'encadré, les coordonnées de l'usager ne seront communiquées qu'à l'entreprise sélectionnée. Avant cela tous les échanges doivent passer par la plateforme

Avant de pouvoir interagir avec le signalement (écrire à l'usager, envoyer une estimation) vous devez **Accepter le signalement** en cliquant sur le bouton vert.

Si vous ne souhaitez pas y répondre, **cliquez sur Refuser**. Attention,  Vous ne pourrez plus revenir en arrière.
